Activate my mobile plan

Good morning, 

i`m looking for help to activate my mobile plan. 

I paid already 25Euro for that, but i can`t use my data or other options.

Are you new to 48?

If so then you should probably read the Starting With 48 FAQs:

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment/purchase?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

For mobile data to work your will be to configure your APN settings.

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here:

What exactly do you mean by "I can't use ... other options"?

What options are you referring to? 

Do calls and texts work? 

If not then what happens when you try to use these?
