I want to cancel SIM 48 and move the number to the old SIM. What should I do?

If you mean that you want to leave 48 and go to another provider then see here:

If you're leaving then maybe delete any registered payment card details just to ensure that no further charges are levied while moving:

I don't really understand what you mean by "I want to ... move the number to the old SIM".

What "old SIM" are you referring to?
