300 remaining minutes unable to do calls

just top up with 60 additional minutes even tho have over 300mins remaining....still can't do a phone call

60 of what sort of minutes?
Mobile?
Landline?
What sort of number are you trying to call?
Some numbers require cash credit to pay for them.
What exactly happens when you try to call?

Hi, I have 300 mobile minutes and 50 landline mins, still can't do any phone calls to ant mobile network, message I can hear : I am out of minutes or I don't have enough credit to do this call..... so please tell me what is wrong?

Do you have an active membership?
You need one for any services to work.
Are you trying to call Irish mobile numbers?
You may need to contact 48 support about this.
