What membership plan is she on?
What exactly does her My48 account Dashboard say about her current membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?
Most membership plans come with 5,000 mobile/landline call minutes these days.
If she has used up her mobile minutes allowance before the membership month is up then she'll need to buy a call minutes add-on to continue being able to make calls for the rest of the membership month.
