Paid €25 three times but membership not working

I’ve payed 25 euro 3 times to activate and start the month subscription and it still hasn’t worked

Why €25?

There's no €25 membership plan.

Do you mean €25.98?

In which case are you presumably trying to buy your first membership plan (€12.99) and also pay the one-time activation fee (€12.99)?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
