Switching from 4G to 5G

I have an iPhone 16 and am on monthly payment plan €12.99 per month my location is 5G enabled but yet my phone is only shows 4G how do I ensure it opens in 5G

Make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly and your phone isn't configured to prevent 5G:

If you still can't get 5G connectivity then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
