How do I configure the apn settings on windows 10?

Do the instructions for Windows 7/8 not still work on 10?

Hi I am Pat,

I have a problem, I am receiving a message on my phone that I cant make any further calls as my credit has run out, so I have topped up as advised by €3 but still to no avail as I cant make calls.

Whats gone wrong here?

Did you just top up your cash credit balance?

If so that's not enough.

You then need to use that credit to buy a 60 call minutes add-on for €3.
