Is the network down.? Can't make or receive calls since last nite.?

Working fine for me.

Are you sure that you have an active membership?

Are you sure that you didn't breach the fair usage limits and get barred?

When you manually scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Has anything changed on your phone - e.g. software update, settings changes?

Is data roaming enabled?
You seem to be using a Samsung so bear in mind that Galaxy models have an annoying habit of spontaneously losing settings and needing reconfiguration. It's a general problem with them and not a 48 issue.
