Hello. I have a student account with 48. Recently, I moved to GoMo but I feel 48 was a better option all things considered. Now, when I log in to my 48 account, it says that "Your SIM is deactivated. Please order new SIM". When I go to order new SIM, the signup says that account already exists.
What should I do? It feels like a loop and I'm unable to proceed forward.

You either need to create a new account with a different email address or contact 48 support and ask them if/how you can reuse the existing account with a new SIM or reuse the email address with a new account.
