I signed up to
48 about two weeks ago and got a sim with the 12.99 per mnth plan and I’ve already used all my credit on my data it seems!? I’ve been on bill pay previously for years so this is new to me and I don’t understand how I did it!? I still
have loads of texts and calls left but have used 335 GB. Can someone help me out and explain!? thanks 🙏🏻

The €12.99 plan comes with unlimited mobile data for use in Ireland and 20GB for roaming in UK/EU/Europe:

Are you saying that mobile data connectivity no longer works? 

If so then are you sure that your APN settings are still configured correctly?

Are calls and texts working ok? 

Even though mobile data is unlimited, 335GB in two weeks seems like a lot so you might want to check your phone's mobile data usage gauge to check what apps seem to be using so much data.
