Give Customers the options to Auto renew from credit balance

It would be great if we could be giving the option to choose auto renew from Credit balance on the website ourselves. Out the moment the only way to do it is to contact Customer service. Which would be fine if the option stays enabled but every so often it reverts to renew from crefit card even you have Credit on your account and if you've no money on your card your plan gets cancelled. Its such a hassle having to chat with a 48 agent for over 30 minutes each time to get them to set it up to auto renew from credit again.

You'll have to contact 48 support with this suggestion.

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum and no-one here on the Community Forum can do anything about this. 

For what it's worth if you have sufficient cash credit on your account you can buy one or more membership plans to use it up and they will stack on your account and only when they are used up will membership auto-renewal kick in again.
