Yes, it seems to be a general problem lately.
You'll have to contact 48 support and ask them about it.
And/or just use the website instead of the app.
To be honest I gave up on the app ages ago because of regular problems with it and I just use the website because at least that works.

Have contacted support via twitter.
Now can't log into account on phone, but laptop ok.
Dont carry laptop around with me though.

You can use a browser on the phone to log into the website. The app really isn't necessary at all.
