Update [02/09/2025]: This issue has now been resolved. Normal service is restored, and you can once again make payments through your My48. Thank you for your patience.

Hi Everyone,

We’re currently aware some customers are experiencing issues purchasing plans and add-ons through their My48. Our technical team is working to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can purchase your plan or buy additional credit via the 48 Giftshop, just click here. Thank you for your patience and understanding and we'll update you here once this has been resolved. 

How to buy a plan or top-up via Gift Shop:

  1. Go to 48.ie/gift-shop (or click here).
  2. Choose:
  • Pay someone’s plan (to buy a plan), or
  • Give a Top-up (to add credit).
  1. Enter the mobile number you’re buying for. If it’s for yourself, enter your own number.
  2. Select the plan you want, or enter the € amount if buying credit.
  3. Enter your First and Last Name.
  4. Enter your Email Address.
  5. (Optional) Add your mobile number and a gift message if it’s for someone else.
  6. Enter your Card Payment Details and complete purchase.
