It appears to be impossible for me to update my debit card.
I now have to change to another provider because 48 is unable to assist me.
Have I been a customer for too long and is my plan too cheap and do they need to get rid of me?

What happens when you try to change it here?
Any error messages?
Does it make any difference if you try the website rather than the app or vice versa or try a different device/browser?
What have 48 support suggested?
