Hi! I ordered my 48 SIM card when the promotional offer was €9.99 per month for the first 6 months.

I activated my SIM and requested to transfer my existing number on 2 October 2026, which I understand was the last day of the promotion.

However, my account now shows €12.99 per month instead of €9.99.

Could you please check whether I qualify for the €9.99 promotional offer and apply it to my account?
