I am very pleased with 48's plan, data speed, coverage, and support. However, the absence of Wi-Fi calling is a significant drawback, and it is the sole reason I have not yet switched. Clear Mobile and GoMo offer Wi-Fi calling, and I am curious as to why 48 does not.

You'll have to contact 48 support to ask them about this.
They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
