Where's my plan ?

Hi, I paid for my first plan + activation fee using my credit card. The payment process seemed to be successful, but the plan hasn't been activated and it doesn't show up on my credit card either, which usually happens immediately after any payments. Is there a reason for a delay in activation or is it more likely that the payment didn't process correctly?. I don't want to make a duplicate payment but I also need my data plan active asap. Any advice welcome

You mean that your My48 account dashboard doesn't list an active membership plan?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?
