I recently joined 48 but I got an email to say that my plan will expire in 2 days! I have tried to renew but it doesn’t seem to recognise my eircode or address! I’m away on holidays at the moment so maybe that’s the reason that it doesn’t recognise the eircode!

Why and where is it looking for your eircode in order to renew your plan?
The address/eircode isn't something that is requested when buying a membership plan here:

What error messages are you getting?
