Hi guys ,I try to move from Eir from the 4.11.2020 but not succesful.I managed two numbers but for some reason one number is still with eir.Anybody any ideea the reason behind?

Already contact 48 support on Monday ,I was told it may take up to 24 hours to port the number across but no success...No issues with previous 2 numbers I already moved from the same provider and from the same direct debit.
