moving from eir

Hi guys ,I try to move from Eir from the 4.11.2020 but not succesful.I managed two numbers but for some reason one number is still with eir.Anybody any ideea the reason behind?

I don't understand.
You can only move one number from another provider to 48.
What exactly are you trying to do?
What goes wrong?
Any error messages?
If you're having problems porting a number then you'll have to contact 48 support.

Already contact 48 support on Monday ,I was told it may take up to 24 hours to port the number across but no success...No issues with previous 2 numbers I already moved from the same provider and from the same direct debit.

You'll just have to keep in contact with 48 support as they're the only ones who will be able to sort this out ultimately.
