Good Morning, I set my brother up on your site a long time ago but he never actived the account I now want to set myself up with you and I want to request a new sim but I am having trouble it is probably but I use my emailed in the past setting up my bother as he does not have an email address . Can you fix this for me please and thank you.

Your subject line and post are a bit confusing and it's not exactly clear what you're trying to do here.
If you set up an account for your brother and want to use that for yourself then ask him to log into it and change the email address to your own:
What email address is associated with it and used to log into it right now?
What SIM is associated with that account and where is it now?
Why do you want to use the account (and SIM?) that you set up for your brother?
Wouldn't it be simpler to just set up an account and SIM from scratch for your own use and using your own email address etc.?
SIM orders are only delivered to addresses in Ireland (Republic of Ireland).
