SIM Suspended Your SIM is suspended. Contact 48 support

Hello @dalyer and 48 community,

I have received the 48 SIM card but now when I try to activate the SIM the website states:

 
SIM Suspended
Your SIM is suspended. Please contact 48 support Team.
 
However, I do not seem to be able to message the customer support team using available links, and there seems to be no phone number, only an email address.
 
Any help would be appreciated

The last one includes a phone number for complaints but several users have used it to contact support.
