I have been with 48 for years. I bought membership two days ago but "all that stuff" hasn't been added to my account yet. All I get is a message saying "hang tough" and my account will be updated soon. I can't even buy more credit.
Ive moved my number and it said "it will take up to 3 hours", its almost been three weeks and it says "hang tough, we are moving your number". i need help
I have received my sim card and am trying to connect to 48 , it said it should only take up to 3 hours to switch my number but it has been almost a whole day and am still waiting.. is there anything i can do?
