I bought this iPhone but I'm not currently on Vodafone what do I do

No phone or Internet signal

Didint get my balance vhen buy from credit card

Buy couple times credits from my credit card but didint get them on my account and lost from my credit card. Invite my frend to 48 Hy got 5€ and I didint get enithing

Payment

I increased my credit balance by €10 to renew my Guido membership but my membership has not been renewed. What do I do to have the credit balance used for payment

Top up not received

I topped up phone by 10euro. I haven't received it. The transaction was carried out on the 16th????

Can I buy an add on for my partners phone

Cannot send mms messages on my iphone7. Just after changing to 48.
