Can't make any calls. Get "Mobile Network not available" message.
Can't connect to the internet either.

You'll need to post a bit more info.
Was it working before?
Have you just joined 48?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
Are you in Ireland or roaming abroad (where?)?
What make and model of phone?
What happens if you do a manual scan for networks?
Do you see any and can you connect to any?
