Wrong number

I’m not sure if my number is wrong, I kept my old one and wrote it with the 0 at the start. It’s a normal Irish 10 digit number. When checking my details on the my 48 it came up with 2 zero’s at the start making the number 11 digits. I’m not sure if ...
