I have just renewed my memership because my data ran out. My renewal was not due until 23/2/21. Even though I have renewed Im still showing I have no internet left. Anyone any ideas?

Cannot access Ulsterbank online banking via the 48 network. Apparently it works with the Ulsterbank app.. I neither have nor want the app! It isnt possible to access via your browser. Future potential users be warned!
