It says the SIM card installed in the iphone is from a service provider not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. I'm being asked to insert another SIM card from a supported service provider.
I moved my number to 48 all went well and SIM is active so I can recieve calls etc however I cannot purchase membership as when I try it says my number is still being ported but thats already completed, can't get onto support as no Chat window availa...
I've ported my mother in laws phone to 48 from vodafone. I've received a text to advise it's complete, and can call my ported number. When I call my landline, I get "Outgoing calls do not work. the number you hace dialled cannot accept this call. ". ...

Hi, I have just recently moved to 48 and have only realised that I'm not receiving any phone calls, they are going straight to my voicemail. I can however make calls, so how do I rectify the issue to receive calls please & thank you.
