Circle K voucher expired

Hi, despite a new membership being bought yesterday (auto-renew), the CircleK discount that's supposed to accompany the membership is said to be expired.  The same thing happened last month, my first wwith '48'!!  Mind you, an expiry date of 31st March 2023 applies to the next 'promised' discount (17/5) so that's not looking good either!  Anyone know what I can really expect?
