Voicemail too fast

Set up voicemail but can't change from 15 seconds despite following instructions on how to, keeps saying 15 seconds

Are you sure that you're setting it to a multiple of 5 between 5 and 30?

If that doesn't help then you'll probably have to contact 48 support.

I don't really understand but I take it that the issue was that you were NOT configuring a delay time that was a multiple of 5 seconds? And once you did configure a delay time that was a multiple of 5 seconds between 5 and 30 then it worked ok?
