Vodafone number didn't transfer to 48

I had an Vodafone no. And want to transfer that no. Onto 48 but unfortunately when I do all the things mention on your website while activating the new 48 sim and after that I waited for 2-3 hrs and than purchased a plan of 25.98 euro but I got a new no. And the Vodafone no. Is still working
