Trying to get a SIM for my daughter

I am trying to get a SIM for my daughter's new phone. I am going around in circles with it. It just keeps bringing me back to the Yep page and when I follow it through to email it says I have already become a yepper. But I was not able to follow the link through completely the first time and I abandoned it about a month ago but it looks like the system thinks I have accessed the deal. I need a SIM for her yesterday! Very frustrated. Help please anyone!

Are you sure that you're using a different email address to your own (assuming that you're already a 48 user yourself)?

And that you're logged out of your own account when trying to order additional SIMs?

Every 48 account/SIM requires a different email address/login.

Unlike some other mobile providers 48 don't support group/family accounts where more than one SIM/subscription can be managed under a single login.
