What phone bill?
There is no phone bill with 48 as it's a prepay rather than billpay service and you buy a monthly membership plan in advance in order to use services for a month.
What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?
If you mean that you're trying to buy a membership plan for your daughter then how are you doing this and what's going wrong?
