Sim activation

I got my SIM card 30th of March,ported my old number to the new sim,but my old sim is still active,is it possible if l can be assisted with this?

Did you order and activate a replacement SIM?

Or a brand new SIM?

What happens if you put the new/replacement SIM in your phone?

Does it work?

If not then what exactly happens? 

Any error messages - either on the phone, when you try to make a call/send a text, or when you log into your My48 account?

Is the correct phone number displayed on your My48 account?
