SIM to a friend

Hello! My name is Tatyana. I ordered two SIM cards in my account and have only activated one. The second SIM card is still sealed. May I give this unused SIM card to a friend, and if so, how should they activate it correctly?

Your friend can use it and can activate it as normal for a new user:

But you'd both be better off if you used the Recruit and Reward referral process to get them a new SIM.
