SIM ordered last Saturday hasn't arrived yet

Hi, I ordered 48 SIM last Saturday and it's still not arrived. Could you please resolve the issue behind this.

You'll probably have to really wait another day or two.

SIM orders can take up to 6 working days to be delivered and it's only 4 working days since you ordered (Monday was a public holiday):

How and when will my SIM be delivered?

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 3-6 working days.

If it doesn't arrive next week then either try ordering again or contact 48 support for further assistance.
