SIM orders are sent by regular An Post mail so there's no tracking option.
Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 3-6 working days.
If it hasn't arrived after 6 working days then maybe just order another one or contact 48 support for assistance.
