Hi,
I ordered a SIM card on 9 March and it was marked as dispatched, but I still haven’t received it.
Could you please check whether it has actually been sent and provide an estimated delivery time?
I am staying in student accommodation with a parcel notification system, so I would have been notified if it had arrived.
I also cannot contact support via chat because I don’t have a 48 number yet.
At this stage, I would prefer to understand the delivery status before requesting a replacement.

You'll have to contact 48 support to ask them about this.
They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
