What exactly do you mean by "SIM card suspended"?
What exactly are the symptoms of the problem?
What exactly is/isn't working?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Incoming/outgoing calls/texts?
Mobile data?
When you try to use any of these services what happens?
Any error messages?
When was it working ok last?
What changed in the meantime?
