SIM activation server down - when will it be back?

Unable to activate sim for the last 2 weeks. Contacted customer support and they said their server is down at the moment. Was wondering when will it back up and running?

Nobody here on the Community Forum is going to be able to tell you.

I just now activated a replacement SIM for somebody and it went fine so if the activation server was down then presumably it's back now?

Not working for me. Tried different browsers and different devices it all says 'Please enter valid activation code' which I clearly did . FYI I have 3 sims with templates on them

If it's not accepting the activation code then see here for an alternative way to activate:

Sometimes the activation code on the SIM plastic "casing" doesn't work for some reason.
