Problem with my payment to 48

Please note my plan is supposed to automatically renew which did not happen this morning of the 13 th Sept . This made it very difficult for me to manually renew. Right now there is €10 Euro plus 12.99 Euro taken from my account. Can you please explain where I stand with money on my account. I’m a member of 48

Are you sure that the renewal isn't at midnight tonight? 

I think that if the renewal date is the 13th then it means at the end of that date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent/previous payments/purchases? 

Has membership auto-renewal worked successfully on your account before? 

Is you payment card still valid? 

If auto-renewal fails for any reason then just buy a membership plan manually for that month and auto-renewal will take over again the following month as long as the payment card is still valid.

What do you mean that there's €10 plus €12.99 taken from your account? 

What does the Transactions page say about those payments?
