When you get the sim and enter the puck it asks for operators code.... where do I get that

What exactly is the prompt?

I never heard of that before.

When you get a new SIM it's PIN locked by default.

So when you boot the phone it asks for the PIN from the packaging.

If you enter that wrong several (3?) times it asks for the PUK from your My48 online account.

I never heard of a phone asking for an "operator's code"!
