Hi,

 

I am trying to move over from Eir. I got the sim and began the process on Saturday and also got an email to say it would take a few hours. I know it was a Saturday afternoon and staff were probably finishing but it's Tuesday now and still my SIM hasn't been validated. I am keen to join 48 for the great offer but would appreciate this to go through quickly as I am down to the bare bones of credit with Eir and don't want to top up when I am exiting that phone partnership.

Hi.

 

I got an email from a Robeyn on Saturday saying it would take a few hours but still waiting several days later and my credit is running out. I will contact that support email.
