I ported my eir sim to 48 sim but today I got to know it is not done as I recharged today but the no. isn’t ported

Did you follow the instructions here for porting your number?
Did that all go ok without any errors?
Including receiving the porting security code by text message to your phone with the old provider's SIM installed and working in the phone?
Are you saying that the wrong number (the new 089 number that came with the SIM) is displayed on your My48 account?
What happens if you just try porting your number again?
