Hello I had a 48 card when I was in “high school” I tried to activate a new one and move my number but says msdm already exists. What can I do?

This sometimes happens when a number has been used with 48 in the past. 

I presume you got an error message like "MSISDN already exists" or something like that? 

Nobody here on the Community Forum will be able to help with this.

You'll need to contact 48 support for assistance with this.
