Two weeks ago I bought membership and requested to move my number. I was part of a family account I had to get in contact with customer care. My number has not been changed and I have not received any feedback from customer care. Because they have not changed my number I have not used the aim card, so I am currently paying for 2 accounts. If my number does not get changed soon I will have to cancel my membership, which I don't want to do. Any advice on getting hold of customer care ?

Unfortunately several people are reporting similar problems porting numbers and getting onto support lately.
Also unfortunately I cannot offer any advice other than to persist in trying to contact them - ideally on the chat if possible - until you get this issue sorted.
