Just create a new account using her email address and follow the normal process for getting started.
If you're already with 48 yourself then you'll still have to create a new separate account for her using a different email address to your own.
Unlike some other providers 48 don't support family/group accounts for managing more than one SIM under a single login.
Every SIM requires its own account/login.
