How it works
Getting started is super easy:
- Open your My48 app and head to the “Rewards” section or log in to your My48 account here.
- Share your unique referral link with a friend
- Your friend joins using your link and buys their first plan
That’s it! Once they’re up and running, you’ll both start getting rewarded 🎉

After your friend buys their first plan
- You’ll both get bonus credit
- The amount matches the plan they choose
For example: If your friend buys a €12.99 plan, you’ll both get €12.99 credit. You can use this credit towards:
- Your next plan
- Add-ons
- Or simply keep it in your account
After your friend buys their second plan
- You’ll both receive a €10 voucher
- Choose from popular brands like Aldi, Tesco and Adidas
Unlimited rewards
The best part? There’s no cap on rewards. You can invite as many friends as you like, and the more people you refer, the more you earn. It really is that simple, unlimited rewards
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I get rewarded if my friend orders a SIM?
Not just yet, Rewards are triggered once your friend activates their SIM and buys a plan. Both of you will receive free credit on your accounts after your friend purchases their first plan. You will also receive a €10 voucher via email after your friend purchases their second plan.
- What if my friend ordered a SIM but didn’t use my referral link?
To make sure you both get rewarded, your friend needs to join 48 using your unique referral link. Otherwise, we won’t be able to link the reward to your account.
- What happens if I leave 48?
To receive your rewards, you’ll need to have an active 48 account when they’re issued.
If you leave before that, unfortunately, the rewards won’t be applied.
- When do we get the rewards?
Your rewards are unlocked after your friend starts purchasing plans. Once your friend buys their first plan, bonus credit is added to both of your accounts. When your friend buys their second plan, you’ll both receive a €10 voucher by email.
Tip: Once your friend orders their SIM, give them a nudge to activate it and buy their first plan. The sooner they get started, the sooner you’ll both earn rewards!
- How do I track my Recruit & Reward referrals?
You can keep track of your referrals and rewards through the Recruit & Reward dashboard within your My48 account, click here to view.
We’ll also keep you updated through your registered email address as your rewards progress, including when:
- Bonus credit has been applied after your friend purchases their first plan
• Your €10 voucher has been issued following their second plan purchase
• Any further reward updates related to your referrals
- Why was my bank card charged if I have referral credit?
If Auto renew is switched on, your bank card will be charged automatically to keep your plan active. If you’d prefer to use your referral credit instead, simply turn off Auto renew before purchasing your next plan and select “Credit Balance” as your payment method at checkout.
You can manage Auto renew by signing in to your My48 account and going to:
My Profile > Payment Details
