My wife applied for and received a sim card yesterday


My wife applied to join and received a sim card yesterday while following the instructions we were asked to enter the account number (doesn't say what account I'm assuming that the number in question is the one for her previous provider which we had difficuly obtaining but now have. i joined in January 2021 seamlessly without any hassle my email is My wife's email is and she is registered on 

Can you assist us in getting my wife's sim activated.
