Your post doesn't make sense.
What do you mean by reactive (reactivate?) credit?
What exactly did you do/try to do?
Topup your cash credit balance?
Buy membership/add-ons?
Did you buy a credit voucher and try to topup your cash credit balance with it but there was a problem?
Who/what is telling you to "reactivate" something?
What does your My48 page say about your current membership status, expiry date and membership allowance balances?
Does that page also list any next membership(s) and a start date?
What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases?

You might also want to try contacting 48 support in case they can advise:

Hope this helps.

You shouldn't post your number in a public forum like this.
You haven't answered the questions that I asked above.
If you do then I might be able to advise.
Otherwise you'll need to contact 48 support as I suggested.
Hope this helps.

What was the problem when you tried to topup using the voucher?
If some woman in the shop said you had to "reactivate" your credit then I have no idea what she was talking about unfortunately.
If you are having problems topping up with a voucher that you have bought then you're almost certainly going to have to discuss this with 48 support as I suggested above.
Unfortunately they won't be online again until tomorrow morning (8am I think?).
Hope this helps.

Sorry - I don't understand this.
