Hi, I accidentally turned off auto-renew and manually purchased my next plan for €12.99 instead of my promotional price of €9.99.

Now I can’t turn auto-renew back on, possibly because I have a queued plan.

Could you please help me re-enable auto-renew, restore my remaining €9.99 promotional plans, and refund the €3 difference?

I don't think you can re-qualify for the €3 discount on the €12.99 plan (= €9.99) for 6 months once you've disabled monthly membership plan auto-renewal judging by the terms and conditions:

3. Auto-renew must remain enabled to avail of the 6 consecutive discounted plans at
€9.99 per month. If auto renew is disabled by the time your current plan expires and
while there are still €9.99 plans stacked on your account, you will not be able to avail of
the stacked €9.99 plans and your monthly plan price will be €12.99 upon your next plan
renewal date.
